We Know Every Terminal at Port Canaveral

Port Canaveral has six active cruise terminals and each cruise line uses specific dock areas. Our drivers know exactly where to pull in for each line.

Terminal A

Disney Cruise Line

Terminal A on the north side of the port. Disney's dedicated terminal with the themed passenger check-in hall. Drop-off is at the covered breezeway entrance. Arrive 2.5–3 hours before departure.

Terminal 1

Royal Caribbean

Terminal 1 at the southeast corner of the port complex. Largest terminal footprint at Port Canaveral. Handles Oasis-class and Freedom-class ships. Curbside drop-off at the main terminal entrance.

Terminals 5&6

Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival operates from Terminals 5 and 6 depending on the sailing. We confirm your terminal assignment before pickup. Drop-off at the covered passenger loading zones for each building.

Multi-use

Norwegian Cruise Line

Norwegian uses a rotating terminal berth at Port Canaveral. Our dispatch team confirms the active terminal from your itinerary before departure so your driver goes to the right building.

Multi-use

MSC Cruises

MSC operates seasonally at Port Canaveral from the southern terminal complex. Terminal confirmed from your itinerary. Covered drop-off available at all MSC berths.

Multi-use

Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity ships visiting Port Canaveral typically dock at Terminal 1 or the south terminal berths. Departure terminal confirmed before your ride. On-time arrival guaranteed.

📌
Terminal confirmation included. Every Port Canaveral booking includes a pre-trip confirmation with your exact terminal location. If Carnival or Norwegian reassigns your berth after booking, we update your driver automatically — at no extra charge.

Skip the Rental Car. Skip the Surge.

The math on renting a car for a cruise trip is worse than it looks. Add parking at the port and you are paying more than a flat-rate private transfer — with more stress before you even board.

Rental car (7-day cruise) $210–$350
Port Canaveral parking (7 days @ $19/day) $133
Gas & tolls (Beachline) ~$30
Total rental car route $373–$513
vs. our round-trip package: from $175
🕒

On-Time Guarantee

We track your itinerary and adjust pickup time for traffic on the Beachline. You will not miss your ship because of a driver who showed up late.

👼

Meet & Greet Service

Driver meets you at the door with a name sign. No circling the terminal looking for your ride after a 7-day cruise.

🧬

Luggage Handling

Your driver loads and unloads every bag. Especially valuable after disembarkation when you are exhausted and hauling a week of luggage.

🚦

Child Seat Available

Book a child seat when you reserve. No renting one through the car rental counter and hoping it is clean.

🔹

No Surge Pricing

Your price is locked at booking. Disembarkation mornings have brutal Uber/Lyft surges when 3,000 passengers all request rides at once. We are flat-rate, always.

★★★★★

We had eleven people in our group, four large roller bags each, and a 7:30 AM boarding window for Disney Cruise Line. I was nervous about coordinating everything. Orlando Elite sent a Sprinter, the driver knew exactly which entrance to use at Terminal A, helped load all the bags, and we were checked in before 8. The whole family was relaxed. Coming home was even easier — the driver was there with a sign at the terminal exit when we walked off the ship.

Cruise Port Transfer FAQ

Port Canaveral is approximately 45 miles east of Orlando via the Beachline Expressway (SR-528). Normal drive time is 50–65 minutes. We recommend departing at least 3 hours before your boarding window, and 3.5 hours if you are on a Disney or large Royal Caribbean ship where boarding queues form early.
All of them. Terminal A (Disney), Terminal 1 (Royal Caribbean), Terminals 5 and 6 (Carnival), and rotating berths for Norwegian, MSC, and Celebrity. We confirm your exact terminal from your itinerary before pickup and update your driver if the assignment changes.
Yes on both price and convenience. Our round-trip package starts at $175 for a sedan, saving $15 versus two separate $95 one-ways. The bigger benefit is one reservation to manage: your return pickup is already confirmed before you board, so you step off the ship knowing your driver is waiting.
Standard sedans and SUVs handle 3–4 large checked-bag size rollers plus carry-ons. For families with more luggage or more than 3 passengers, we recommend an SUV or Sprinter. If you are unsure, mention your bag count when you call and we will right-size the vehicle.
Cruise ship delays happen. Your driver monitors port departure boards and waits at the terminal curbside. If you are significantly delayed, we will communicate via text and adjust at no penalty charge. We do not leave the port without you.
Yes. If you fly in on embarkation day, we can meet you at MCO arrivals and take you directly to Port Canaveral. Flight tracking is included so your driver adjusts for any landing delays. This is a popular option for fly-cruise packages where you land the morning of departure.
