Mercedes sedan bridal-party transport starts at $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Every quote is flat-rate and all-inclusive — no surge, no fuel fees, no gratuity surprises.

Yes — hotel-to-venue guest shuttles are one of our most-booked wedding services. We run scheduled round-trip shuttles between one or more guest hotels and the ceremony or reception venue, with options from 14-passenger Sprinter vans to 56-passenger motor coaches. Runs are timed to your run-sheet (typically a ceremony run, then a return run after the reception wraps). We’ll coordinate directly with your wedding planner or venue coordinator to lock the schedule.

For spring (March–May) and fall (October–November) weddings — peak Florida wedding season — book 60–90 days ahead. Motor coaches and multi-vehicle packages fill up first. For summer and weekday weddings, a 30-day minimum is usually fine, though more lead time gives us flexibility on vehicle assignment. Once booked, we lock the date and your dedicated dispatcher.

Absolutely — we work with Orlando’s wedding planners and venue coordinators on a regular basis. Share your run-sheet with us and we’ll build a transportation timeline that syncs with the rest of the day: photographer arrival windows, ceremony start, cocktail hour, reception transitions, and the sparkler send-off. We also stage backup drivers for weddings with multiple vehicles so a single late arrival doesn’t cascade through the schedule.

Our wedding fleet includes Mercedes-Benz S-Class and E-Class sedans, Cadillac Escalade SUVs,Mercedes Sprinter vans (10–14 passengers), and full-size motor coaches (up to 56 passengers). Sedans and SUVs are typically reserved for the couple and bridal party; Sprinters handle the bridesmaid/groomsman group and parents; motor coaches handle large guest shuttles. All vehicles are black, professionally detailed, and driven by tuxedo-attired chauffeurs.

Yes — red carpet arrival service is included with our bridal party packages. The driver rolls out a literal red carpet at the ceremony entrance and at the reception venue, assists with dress handling and door holds, and coordinates the timing with your DJ and officiant so music and arrivals sync. We’ve received multiple "best arrival photos" compliments from Orlando-area wedding photographers for this exact touch.

Yes — MCO and SFB meet-and-greet service is one of the most common add-ons to a wedding package. We track incoming flights in real time, meet guests curbside or inside baggage claim with a printed name sign, and provide child seats on request. Booking airport transfers for your whole guest list means everyone arrives at the rehearsal or welcome dinner on the same schedule, with no one stranded because their Uber surge-priced them out.

Full refund up to 30 days before the wedding date. Between 30 and 14 days out, a 50% refund applies. Inside 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable — but if you reschedule rather than cancel, we roll 100% of the deposit to the new date with no fee. Date changes due to weather or vendor emergencies are handled case-by-case at no charge. We’ve never charged a wedding a same-week reschedule fee.
