Gratuity is not included but appreciated — most clients tip 15–20%. The only additional charge would be if you significantly change your route after booking.

No. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from your flight's actual landing time — not your scheduled arrival. We track your flight in real time, so if it's delayed, we adjust automatically. You will never be charged for a flight delay.

Our flat rate from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Walt Disney World Resort starts at $85 in an Executive Sedan. A Premium SUV is $105 and a Sprinter Van for groups is $165. These rates are fixed — no surge pricing, no metered fare. What you see is what you pay at checkout.

Gratuity is not included in our listed rates. Our chauffeurs provide a professional, white-glove experience and tips are appreciated. Industry standard is 15–20% for exceptional service. You can add gratuity when booking or pay your driver directly.

No — and honestly, you should be skeptical of anyone who claims to. The Uber base rate is not the Uber real rate. With surge pricing at Disney park closings (3×–5×), MCO morning rush (1.5×–2.5×), and event nights like NYE (up to 8×), the actual Uber cost is unpredictable. Our flat rate is locked at booking. For a family trip, the math usually favors us.

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booking total. No-shows are charged the full fare. We understand travel plans change — contact us as early as possible if you need to modify or cancel.
